Why Am I Having Headache After Got Hit In The Back Of The Head?
I was taking groceries out of the truck and the trunk door came down and hit me right in the back of the head. I have a dull headache in the front of my head now where I didn't get hit. I'm not nauseated, I'm not dizzy, the only thing is that faint headache in the front of my head and of course I'm tender on the back where it hit. Should I freak out and run to the ER, or just take a couple Motrin and go to bed?

Yes. At times, injury on back can cause counter coup injury in front of your head. So get ct brain done and consult neuro surgeon.
