Why Blood Pressure Is Shooting After Drinking And Using Nicotine?

is it bad to have a gap of 50 or 60 between the top and bottom number for blood pressure readings. In the evenings it's been 130-140/60-70. I drink and use nicotine on the weekend and it is higher then and gets lower each day leading up to the weekend. I am a 35 old male

Nicotine acts as sympathomimmetic- stimulant to the cardiac and vascular system.
Known for its transient elevations in heart rate and blood pressure.
A gap of 50-60 is normal . don't worry.
