Hi! Welcome to HCM! You seem to be having migraine.migraine may occur with aura just before or during the headache.its a severe, painful headache that is often preceded or accompanied by sensory warning signs such as flashes of light, blind spots, tingling in the arms and legs, nausea, vomiting, and increased sensitivity to light and sound. pain can last for hours . Over-the-counter medications such as naproxen, ibuprofen, acetaminophen (paracetamol) are often the first abortive therapies to eliminate the headache or substantially reduce pain. Lifestyle changes like getting enough sleep, reducing stress, drinking plenty of water, regular physical exercise may help. However if the problem recurs then EEG,CT,MRI may be required. Hope this helps!
