Thanks for question
i gone through your question and understand your concern
Fever is not caused by injury. it is coincidental that fever and fall happen together . Most common cause of fever is viral illness that remain for 2- 3 days. If i was your treating pediatrician i would advise your syp paracetamol( available OTC) 15 mg per kg per dose. Can be given four times in 24 hours.
As there is no history of loss of consciousness, vomiting, and baby is active there is no need of CT scan or X ray.
hope i answer your question
