Why Do I Feel Full And Have Difficulty In Breathing??

Hi, for the past month I have had a feeling of fullness and at times it feels hard to breathe. I have no pain and no burning feeling. I feel very tired a lot and I have very itchy skin. I have had blood test for anaemia and they came back clear. I haven t eaten dairy for 2 weeks now also.

Fullness and hard in breathing may be due to these possibilities , these includes .
1 Hypertension , as I have not in many patients in my clinic that when high blood pressure patient feel fullness in epigastrium region and this is the main cause of fullness . When there is fullness there develops compression of diaphragm and this causes difficulties ( hardness or uneasiness ) in breathing.
2 As you mentioned that there is itching so fullness and itching may be due to enlargement of liver . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of liver .
3 Chronic renal failure is another cause of such symptoms . so get in E C HO and EKG of heart .
In my opinion consult a primary care physician and get his opinion as physical examination is very important in this case.
