Why Do I Feel Uncomfortable While Lying On My Stomach?

Hi I have this weird feeling when I lay on my stomach like if there's a small ball right in the middle... it feels uncomfortable and if I do lay on it for a while when I turn over I feel abdominal pain what could it be.? I am 21 yrs old no medical problems never had surgery I have had 2 pregnancy everything ok...

Take betaine hydrochloride after eating food if you weigh under 150 pounds you need 1000mg if you are above 150 pounds 2gm, above 200pounds will need 3gm and above 300 pounds will be 4gm. This will breakdown food. Try this for a week. You also need to help pancreas which gets stressed use protease purge rxback.
