Hello, After lying down on the left or right side, and then straightening, I feel chest pain . I have to straighten my shoulders in order to not feel the pain. If I curve my back I feel the dull pain again. But it goes away after 15-30 min. The same thing is happening when I am sleeping on one side. I need to turn on my back or chest for the pain to go away. Do you have any suggestions about the causes? Thank you.

Because pain related to your heart has more symptomatic indicators, which in your case is not there. From the description, I also presume that the pain has come just for the first time.
