Hi am 23 year old and have missed my periods for 12 days and i have slight back pain ,vomiting sensation ,loss of apetite ,and headache ,along with white discharge which i often feel like my periods are on but its just white discharges.what does this mean

If you had intercourse within a month or so it is possible that you have conceived...
To confirm whether you have conceived or not... You can check it by yourself with the help of Pregnancy Confirmation Kits, which are available at all the pharmacy stores. Details of the procedure will come along with the kit.
