Why Do Hot Flushes Around The Eyes Occur?

My son has a band of hot flushing around his eyes like a mask and a headache that is extreme, does not respond to migraine medicine and is better when he is standing or sitting and much worse when lying down. Do you have an idea of what such symptoms could mean?

These symptoms could be neurological. It can be cervical spondilosis agravated in sleeping posture pressure on nerve is more in that posture. x-ray cervical spine will be confirmatory. while sleeping do not use pillow and give neck support.hot compression may be given over neck. take hifenacp tablet twice daily.
