I have itchin and a milky dicharge from my penis what could it be Im a 26yr old male, I have itching and a milky discharge and have been experiencing them for two weeks now. what could be the problem?

Balanitis is inflammation of the glans penis commonly seen in uncircumscribed men. It usually causes redness and/or a blotchy rash on the glans, sometimes with a discharge.It is not sexually trasmitted. But it can be confirm by local examination
