Why Do People Dream And Also Does Human Brain Think While Sleeping ?
Why do people dream. My 10 year old son school project please answere asap. What does human brain think while sleeping? How does dream work? What is the difference between day dreaming and dreaming? Does Dream interrupt you rest during sleeping?
Dreams are Normal part of sleep, Generally 15 percent of sleep is spent in dreams. If a person is preoccupied /worried about an event or topic during waking hours, the same topic may appear in dreams. Human brain remains active while asleep, but the level of alertness is less than wake time. There are no limits or guidelines for the brains activity while we are asleep. Dreams do not interrupt rest. But if a person is having dreams which are resulting severe anxiety, which is called night mare or sleep terror, you need to consult your doctor, and also if you or your ward not feeling fresh in the morning , on regular basis. Day dreaming is word used to indicate peoples unrealistic thought process, which is different from dreams occurring while day time sleep.
