Hello and Thanks for posting your query on Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I had gone through the problem and carefully looked into the details mentioned. Headache and visual disturbances can be due to various causes and one of them is migraine. Benign intracranial hypertension (BIH) also can cause headaches, visual disturbances with empty sella on the CT scan. I personally feel you need to check with your opthalmologist for detailed eye evaluation. If a suspicion of BIH is high you need to see your Neurologist for CSF analysis and pressure monitoring.
Wish you brother a good health. I hope this helps you. If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
Sincerely,
Dr. Shiva Kumar R. Consultant Neurologist & Epileptologist Bangalore, India.
