Hello and welcome to HCM. As an Urologist, let me assure you, your kidney functions are normal. Just check your creatinine levels. Upto 1.2 is normal. Only if it increases above 1.5,check urine for microalbumin. As your renal profile is normal, don't think assume the worst scenario. There's no automatic kidney failure. It's a slow progression.
