Why Does My Eyes Look Puffer And Also Suffering From Headache ?

Hi. I am 21 years old. Have been dealing with headaches pretty much every day for the past few months. Lately I ve been having extreme thirst at sporadic moments. I ve been trying to drink liquids (at least 2 cups a day) The headaches seem to focus around the frontal region of my head. Most concentrated pain occurs near the eyes and sides of my head. My eyes look a bit puffer these past few days as well. Any thoughts?

plz get an Xray of PNS(para nasal sinuses) OM view(for that plz visit a nearby Doctor}
Take tablets like Nucoxia{60mg} & treat if there is any cough & cold.
