Why Does My Hip Bone Pain When I Apply Weight On It ?

My hip bone on the right side hurts everytime i apply weight/ pressure to it or move it up and down. sometimes it hurts severly and sometimes it hurts minimally, it isnt very consistent and has been hurting for about 4 days now. I am a bit overweight and have been vigourously exercising for only 30 minutes a day.

first you stop exercise n get one x ray hip joint. may be this is due todislocation of hip joint or due to any other cause. consult orthopedcian .
