hi after jogging 3 consecutive days my knee hurts..even walking is a challenge for me..what do u think is the problem..im 27yo. about 188lbs.female..few months ago my lowerback hurts me now my knees :(

If you are not doing exercise like jogging regularly and starts doing jogging this thing will happen.
There may be sprain or stretching of ligaments of knee causing this problem.
Now give rest to the part for few days.
Take some analgesic and anti inflammatory drugs.
Next time when you start, start for less exercise and gradually increase.

Hello.Welcome.You are overweight.If you want to jog you should train your body and leg muscles by walking for few weeks and then resume your jogging in graded manner so that you increase your stamina of jogging without hurting your knees.Along with jogging and exercises take low calorie diet to reduce your weight.Good luck.

Read your prob, it happens because of your weight, you should contineu jogging, if you feel more pain then you should take any anlgesic tab n start physiotherapy of knee, pain can subside after some day of jogging, so nothing to bother about it. it can happen due to muscles stiffness when start work out but subside gradually.
