hi ia m a girl of 21 years , my weight increased suddenly upto 10 kgs ,,,,,,,,,, now i am 54 kgs and my height is 150 cm, fat deposits in thighs, belly and in back too

according to your weight and height your weight is normal but nearing overweight (according to BMI calculation), so have a proper diet and increase workout like walking , skipping, swimming. dont eat much before you sleep at night. take care

as per the standard chart at the age of 21,ht 150, weight should bet 39 to 52 kg,so you are little bit over wt,for that you are not to be worried,make a point that now your wt should not be increased.
avoid fatty food,more carbohydrate and do some exercise.
for depossitation of fat in belly and back you do leg raising exercise for about ten mnt,morning and evening

nice to hear your reply but there is nothing to worry since it isnt too late, you are just nearing overweight stage and now you are aware of the situation too, dont worry! just avoid junk foods, oily snacks. instead of sugar you can use honey. honey with warm water or with lime juice helps reduce weight. eat well in the morning it determines your bodies metabolic rate so break fast i svery important, then have an average lunch and at night finish your dinner just to satisfy your hunger that too atleast 2 hours before sleep. along with this diet pattern simple workouts helps you reduce weight quickly and gradually. skipping, cycling, walking, swimming any one among these 15 minutes daily will definitely get back your perfect shape and beauty. take care.
