Why Having Deep Voice After Sore Throat With White Mouth Roof And Painful Throat?

Hi, for a week now ive had a sore throat but yesterday i started to get a deep voice. I woke up this morning and now i have noticed the roof of my mouth is whiteish and a white line at the back of my throat which is slighty painful aswell. Do you know if its just a general sore throat or not?

In reference to your query I would like to say that you are having infective pathology in your throat. As you had observed a white coating at the posterior part of throat and roof of mouth. All these are in favor of some specific infection like- Diphtheria or septic tonsillitis.

To confirm it you should do-

1- Throat smear for Klb.

2- Culture and sensitivity of throat swab.

3- Blood- CBC, ESR, blood sugar (F & PP).

4- X-Ray chest.

With the help of above investigations and their clinical co-relation will help in making diagnosis.
