Why Having Lymph Nodes And Pain In Shoulder And Back After Fracturing Ribs?
I had fractured 3 ribs at the end of June, they are still hurting I had xrays done of my chest for different reasons and they said there are nodules in that area, then after that my shoulder and rm were in alot of pain and now my lower back has 2 herniated discs sitting on a nerve, do you think this is all caused from when I broke my ribs? My whole body is out if wack! And why does my ribs still hurt after 6months? I am 60yrs old and also had lymph nodes come out in the back of my head and neck and behind my ears they gave me amoxicillin and they went away and then came back the next month just on my neck took amoxicillin again and they went away they don t know why??? Wondering if you could help???
The ribs won't hurt 6 months after the fracture. Herniated discs are not generally the consequence of rib fractureinjury unless you had symptoms since that time.
Lymph nodes could be due to infection and they went away on antibiotic treatment.
Go to your doctor for an assessment of bone weakness- that may cause pain in the rib area.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
