Why Having Tinnitus After Ear Infection Along With Vibrating Sound?

I have had tinnitus since April 2013 a high pitch hissing sound after a bout with an ear infection in my right ear. Right ear is the worst of the 2. Since December 2013 when I sleep on my right side ear down, I get a vibrating sound...like when you put your cell phone on vibrate and leave it on the table. Intermittent...bizzzz. bizzzzzzz, biz, sounds lol! When I change sides it subsides. Any idea why I have this new sound?

You are requered to be examined by ent doctor. Tympanic membrene is to be examined. There may be a hole in membrane. After getting the report your treatment can be decided.
