Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Indigestion can cause gastrointestinal disturbance in such a way that the extracellular fluid comes in intestines, there can be pouring in of potassium and other electrolytes in the intestines called as third space loos drawing these out of the body causing sudden dizziness and spinning. This gets recovered as the body reserve of these things supply into the blood stream, You will have to do the following things to get a proper diagnosis in such a situation with consultation of your Doctor and discuss in details: Tests of blood particularly for serum electrolytes, thyroid, pancreatic and liver functions. Ultrasonography of abdomen. Detailed stool tests for three consecutive days. Colonoscopy. All these will find the reasons of indigestion and other symptoms and once corrected properly will help a lot to avoid such incidences in future.
