Why Is My Sister Not Waking Up After Been Induced Of Anesthesia?
My sister has MRSA and was put into an induced coma for 5 days. Today they take her off of all anesthesia but she did not wake up. What are the chances she will wake up in a day or few days. They did a brain scan and everything is ok - no reason why she won t wake up.

If this is deep seated coma then to know the exact prognosis neurological score is must and other general condition the underlying cause of coma which anesthetic agent being given to patient, the over all condition demands these, in my opinion better have a word with doctor, clinical condition is must , to answer the question, take care.
