Hello,
Your wife is suffering from high uncontrolled diabetes and this is the reason for her constant and persistent weakness.
You must consult a diabetologist or an internal medicine specialist and get proper investigations done to look for any sign of damage anywhere like kidney, eyes etc.
After a thorough investigation,a proper treatment plan can be instituted which must be adhered to with full compliance.A failure of proper treatment at this stage may land her in emergency.
Thanks
