This is showing that your sugar is frequently fluctuating which is not good at all.
Do following things:
1. Have small, frequent meals throughout the day.
2. Monitor sugar level early morning without meal and 1 1/2 hr after lunch/dinner
3. keep a record and visit a dr. as soon as possible
Do revert back to me with the present situation with your feedback.
