Hi, I have a history of hyperprolactinoma which I've managed to get down thru Dostinex... Currently my calcium is high and I just had a sistemabi scan (sp?) and my scan assured that my parathyroid is normal... My prolactin is normal for about 2 years (taking Dostinex), my parathyroid is normal, and my calcium is high... My Vit D was low a while ago and my doc had prescribed me 5000 u/daily... why my calcium is high???
I think, you should check your vitamin d leval. over dose toxicity may cause it you should also check your calcitonin leval, secreted from thyroid gland.
