HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, in pediatric age the most common cause of abdomen pain could be colicky pain and most of the time it is nonspecific but severity would be matter of concern if the symptoms are mild then no need to worry about this and if the symptoms are severe with vomiting, fever, abdomen distension then it demands the medical attention hope this information helps.
