Why My Reports Are Not Normal?

Hi Doctor,
I just had my regular body checkup done and found my TLC is 12000 , SGOT is 92 , SGPT 107 , Total cholesterol is 261 , Triglycerides 337 , HDL 39 , LDL 154.6 , My height is 174 cm and weight is 92 Kg. I usually avoid junk ,fried food and sweets but still getting weight also.Please suggest

After going through your report I reached the conclusion that few things ( reports ) are abnormal as T L C high , sgot , sgpt, total cholesterol high, LD L is also high .
Your weight is also high according to your height ( 92 kg) .
The reason of such abnormal report may be .
1 Hepatitis of hepatomegaly ( enlargement of liver) , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of liver with once again liver function test.
Also get in blood foe serum bilirubin , for hepatitis A , B C E .
2 Hypercholestrolemia is a cause of concern . You need to investigated with E K G and echocardiogram to isolate the case . I would recommend you to visit a Cardiologist and get his opinion.
3 The next reason of your abnormal report may be TENSION ( ANXIETY ) . As I have noted in my clinic that anxiety ( tension ) is one of the most common reason of high cholesterol , so think about this also.
At present I recommend you visit a Cardiologist and get his opinion.
