General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

After the menstrual bleeding is lessened, the vaginal gel with vaginal discharge ,is coming out with remnants of menstrual blood. That too when you strain for urine. It happens normally after using vaginal gel. Please keep genital hygiene good till the discharge clears up.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
