Will Duromine Help In Weight Loss?

hi, i am currently 30 kgs over weight and have given birth 10 weeks ago. On my seventh week after birth i fell and slipped 4 discs and cannot do much exercise. I need to lose weight for my health. I got told about duromine but not in too much detail. I am healthy, i have no high blood pressure and i am not breast feeding anymore. Can you please advise if i should take duromine and what it actually does?

Hello! Thank you for writing. I will inform you over Duromine.
Duromine is a drug that is used to reduce body weight in obese or overweight patients. As with any medication, there are usually some side effects that are associated with the product. Some of these side effects may be mild, serious and dangerous. Generally, when you take Duromine, most people will experience an increase in heart rate and also blood pressure. Some patients may also experience restlessness, insomnia and heart palpitations. On the more serious side, it is documented that Duromine can be addictive. There have been reports of patients having a physical and psychological dependence on the drug.
I suggest you better to eat healthy and portion is very important. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and cut out fried foods and processed food. In order to lose weight in a healthy way if you can you can take a personalised diet from a nutritionist. Otherwise you can chose to eat healthy foods such as : fish, chicken, egg, yogurt milk, legumes cottage cheese, cheese. Portions are very important. If you go to a nutritionist among the measurement through the machine the doctor in base of your fat distribution and metabolism rate will give you a personalised diet. Otherwise I will give you an excample of portions:

Breakfast 07:00-07:30 one slice of brown bread with one teaspoon of peanut butter 2% fat 3 slices of bananas on top
one glass of milk 2% fat
10:00-10:30 one fruit
lunch 13:30-14:00 120 gram of chicken baked in oven with one carrot and one tomatoe, a cup of salad with small pumpkins and cucumber, one slice of brown bread.
17:00-17:30 one cup of 2% fat yogurt with 2 pieces of nuts and half banane
20:00-20:30 one slice of bread with one tablespoon of cottage cheese, one fruit.
Best regards. Thank you
