Hi I am kartiki ,I am going GYM regularly but this time my trainer gym said to me for intensity & for toning for your body you have to use weighting machines i am using 30 kg ,40 kg for leg exercise .but now i am worry about if i discontinue the gym then what i do..then again. i gain the weight?M y age is 29. right now my weight is 55.6 itz fluctae sometime 57.but i want to my reduce tummy and belly.my lowr body is heavy.plz suggets me.if i leave the gym.i am also take the diet lightly takecare of my diet.or

Will I Gain Weight If I Discontinue Going Gym?
Hi, Welcome to HCM, In absence of gym you can continue regular exercise like running, jogging, swimming etc. for 30-40 minutes in a day for 5 days in a week. Avoid more fat, carbohydrates, sweets, icecreams etc. Avoid more tea, coFFEE. Maintain Calorie positive / negative ratio. Observe that calorie intake should not increase than calorie output.
