Hi there one of the side effects of oral contraceptive pills that you are very well aware of are the oral contraceptive pills . But i tell you something dear till the time hypothalmic pituitary ovarian axis does not get back to its usual routine , the cycles will not become regular. This will only happen once the effect of these drugs becomes nullified.
