Will Prevpac Cause Major Lower Back Pain?

I am taking Prevpac for H. Pylori. I am only two days into the treatment. I am miserable, and during the night major lower back pain started. Is this from, the meds? Is there anything at all I can do to help all the side effects so i can finsih the treatment? (headache, throbbing head, nausea etc) The back pain is worse than I have experienced and it feels like it is moving to my hips and legs.
