Dear Dr, I am in a quandry. Recently I had very very mild changes in my cardiogram. The doctor prescribed me deplat CV - which has clopidogrel bisulphate 75 mg, atorvastatin 10 mg and aspirin 75 mg. He has also given nitroglycerin half morning, half afternoon. I read from google, administering clopidogrel with aspirin has added to risk of coronary deaths. We cannot discontinue also clopidogrel or aspirin therapy suddenly. If I reduce it to half the dose by separately buying clopidogrel and ecosprin, can it save me from above danger. I am caught between devil and deep sea. Can you help me ? My job is not strenuous. S P Iyer
