Will Antibiotics Cause Rashes On Face?

I have been taking Oracea for Rosacea recently, which is a form of docycycline, i have taken minocycline before and bactrim, they all give me a red itchy pustules on my face, like a bad breakout but in a rash like pattern....am I allergic to all of these antibiotics?
