Will Drinking Affect The Ovulation Test? No Positive Result Yet, Will I Ovulate?

I was just wondering how much I can drink the night before without affecting an ovulation test
I had increased cervical mucous, cramping in ovaries but have not had a positive ovulation test yet this month. Last month I had a positive result on the 20th day, today was the 23rd day and no positive result yet...is it possible that I will still ovulate?

Hello

Thank you for writing to HCM

The observations of increased cervical mucous, cramping lower abdomen can suggest possible ovulation.

You must be using LH strips for testing the ovulation

Drinking does not really affect ovulation
But if you are suffering from hormonal imbalances, then it can affect the ovulation.

It will be advisable to meet a gynaecologist and get yourself assessed and then plan pregnancy

Hope to have answered your query
