Will Miscarriage Cause Severe Progressive Joint Pain?

My sister just had a miscarriage two weeks ago and now has severe progressive joint pain, constipation and elevated liver enzymes. Her autoimmune panel came back normal. Her doctor is baffled. Any ideas? What specialist should she consult. She is in a hospital in South Africa.
