I have noted your symptoms and MRI
cervical spine symptoms.
A series of epidural injections is not the recommended treatment for your problem.
Initial treatment would include medications (such as
pregabalin or
gabapentin) and
physiotherapy (neck exercises, IFT,
ultrasound, traction, etc).
If the above does not work, then, epidural injection is given. The need for repeat epidural injection is decided after seeing the response to the first epidural injection.
In rare cases, if epidural also does not relieve pain, then, surgery may be needed.
