Will Taking Arthrotec 50 Cause Severe Diarrhea And Heavy Bleeding With Tissue?

I took arthrotec50 last night, 3 vaginal and another 4 under my tongue. Right before I went to bed I took another 2. Woke up this morning after about 7 hours of sleep with severe diarrhea and heavy bleeding with tissue. The bleeding stopped and I only spotted for the rest of the day. Any chance this baby is still alive? I m approximately 5 weeks pregnant
