Will Taking Libotryp XL 25 Help Cure Insomnia And Depression?

i am hypertensive taking TELSAR-A daily one tablet. I take Libotryp XL 25 S.O.S. as I am suffering from insomnia with depression. I also tahe gelusil liquid S.O.S. for hyperacidity. Please advise about the side effects. I have history of bronchiectasis in the left loewr lobe.I feel hypoxic and spasmatic on little exertion.

Dear HCM user

The drug that you are taking is a combination medication and not suitable for you as you have respiratory issues too. The dose is also inadequate. There are better drugs will much better side effect profile that are not combinations that if given in optimum dasage will help you recover in a much better way like SSRIs. Libotryp causes sedation, dry mouth, urinary retention, blurred vision and unnecessarily you are taking two drugs in a tablet. Also practice sleep hygiene for better sleep. I hope you will take my advice and chose a better alternative that takes into account your medical conditions too.
