hello i'm 7 weeks into my 3rd pregnancy i've misscarried twice now i'm on folic acid tablets iron tablets and vitimain b 12 tablets because i have a difiancy with all 3 will my baby be ok and will i carry to full term?

I think you will ok to take all those 3 meds.because for optimum baby growth and formation of fetoplacental development.
your miscarriages must be investigated properly and accordingly you need to take medicines.
if you only have all those 3 deficiencies then taking those meds will ensure your pregnacy till term.
