my wife blood group is o positive and my blood group is AB positive.is there any problem to become my wife pregnant?BLOOD GROUP MATTERS?

The blood group ABO doesnt matter but the rh positive or negative does matter.There may be issues in pregnancy of the woman is negative and man is positive.However,in your case,that should not be the case.
