I am 21 Years old. This is my first pregnancy. Now It is 30 Weeks. My Ultra sound result shows "placenta appear fundal anterior low lying extending upto the in os grade II maturity " & " Partical placenta previa oligoamnios".Can you tell us this will lead to normal delivery ?
The placenta position being low lying is not favorable for normal delivery. If you try for normal delivery, there are chances that there will be severe bleeding and the baby may not be able to come out easily leading to birth related complications. A cesarean delivery is a much better option in your case. You may discuss options with your doctor and repeat ultrasound scan to know any favorable placental position just before date of expected delivery.
