With History Of H-Pylori Infection, What Could Abnormal Stools & Back Pain Indicate?

Hello, I am a 33 year old male. About 6 years ago, I had a horrible case of diarrhea that would not go away. Perfecthealth prior to that. After 2 colonoscopies and an endoscope, I was told I have bad acid reflux, and a bad h-pylori infection. That was treated at that time. Since then, I have been in a world of hurt. I have had joint problems, skin problems, stomach problems, urination and bladder problems, but everything always comes back OK. I did find out I have a low IgA count, but that's it. About a month ago, I started having bad back pain, and a change in my bowels. They became very skinny. I use to only go a couple times in the morning (every since the h-pylori, that was my norm). They were not healthy, but I was use to it. It has been much worse this week, and now I am getting a little blocked up, then have 5 or 6 bowel movents that are long but skinny. I will also have more gas then I thought possible. Stomach now hurting too. Went back to the gastro doc, and he said it may be muscle spasm but did not want to guess. He also did not want to scope me again at my age???? Gave me different acid reflux medicine and sent me on my way. I don't know where to go from here as the pain and bowel changes are still bad. Please help and thanks for your time.
