Would Antibiotics Help In Case Of Bruises, Pain Below The Ribs And Stomach Center After Falling In A Diabetic?

I am a diabetci and recently I have fainted, I woke up leaning on toilet, with bruised noise and forehead. Also great pain in my right side under just below ribs, looked up today and its the liver, a pain has moved to the centre of my stomach, I went to the Doctors he thinks its the diaphram, but it is lower. Can you take antibiodetics

hi; you could take antibiotic to prevent infection as you are a diabetic. i suggest you take chest xray and ultrasound abdomen to rule out internal injury and fracture ribs
