Would Vitamin Deficiency Cause Body Pain And Headache?
i have body ache even in head .i have defficiency of vitamins and insulin in lower level.but i am not diabetic.i had fever mostly one time in a month .i also have stomach problem what can i do.which doctor i have to consult. i suffer from this problem after my second pregnancy for 9 years ago
Hello there, I can understand your concern. A lot of vitamin deficiency can cause body aches and weakness. Especially Vit B12 and Vit D. Your symptoms are very generalised and can involve multiple systems. Please visit a general Physician who can examine you thoroughly and suggest some blood tests like CBC, Vit D levels, Vit B12 levels, Thyroid functions, Kidney and liver functions, and based on that your doctor can guide therapy. Till then try to include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink lots of water and include some exercise in daily routine. Hope this helps. Take care.
