I recently did some bicep exersises and my wrist after about a day was in pain enough to stop me from lifting. I went away for 14 days hoping it would get better. it did a little bit when i got back i started lifting again pain is back. when i squeeze my wrist the whole thing cracks and still is in pain. Any suggestions. sometimes my middle finger is in pain.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself examined clinically and also get an X-Ray done to rule out any fracture.
Give rest to your hand.
Hot fomentation and application locally of pain relieving gel will help in reducing the pain.
Also apply wrist support to give rest and support to the wrist.
If the pain is severe, you can take pain killer like Ibuprofen one tablet twice a day after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 20 mg.
If the problem persists, get yourself examined by an Orthopedician.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
