The Xray of your wife shows the presence of shadows in the right upper lobe of the lung suggestive of
pulmonary tuberculosis (which commonly affects the upper lobes). TB can be confirmed only on microscopic examination of the sputum.
There may be other granulomatous infections like
sarcoidosis in the differentials.
There is evidence of affection of areas of the lung near the heart borders representing areas on
pneumonia.
Heart and skeletal structures are normal.
She needs evaluation for the cause of pneumonia.
