Bulky Left hilum, Right hilum is normal No active parenchymal lesion is seen in both sides of lung fields Both costophrenic angles are normal Both hemidiaphragms are normal Cardiac silhoutte and pulmonary vasculature are within normal limits Thoracic cage and soft tissues reveal no abnormality
Whether the report is normal or am suffering for same fatal diesease
I do not see any reason for thinking about a fatal disease at this point.
The only radiological abnormality in your x-ray is "Bulky Left hilum". This can be due to a large number of reasons. In general these reasons are divided into 2 large categories: minor technical problems that are out of control of a human being (e.g. slight inaccuracies in positioning the patient) and a true disease.
In terms of a disease, it is impossible to give you any opinion on your particular condition as I do not know anything about your case (e.g. your age, your symptoms etc.).
So, your best bet is to see the doctor who ordered the xray and discuss it with him/her. If s/he thinks that your x-ray findings might reflect your clinical symptoms, discuss with him/her the possibility of referring you for chest CT scan.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
