small calcified granuloma in the right lower lobe.rest of the lungs parenchyma is clear.bone cage and soft tissue are normal.both domes of diaphragm are normal.cardiac size within normal limits.both cardio and costophrenic angles are free.this is my fathers(age:75 years) xray report.what is the problem?is it severe?why it happens and what is the treatment?please guide me
