Yellow, Brown Particles In Stool, On Plant Based Diet. Due To Casein Curd?
Good afternoon... Large about the size of my thumb , yellow golden objects in my stool . Found another yesterday size and color of a kidney bean. Went to a doctor, he said its NOTHING, well, obviously it is SOMETHING. I eat primarily a plant based Engine 2 Diet, no dairy, no oil and no flesh. I do have 3 tablespoons in my 1/2 cup of coffee in the AM. What is causing this and what can I do to correct it? Is it a Casein Curd?
